AI & data platform
A freelancer talent platform
A bespoke platform for a post-production talent agency — unifying scattered freelancer data into one searchable source of truth, with AI search and an agent that answers client briefs and drafts the reply.
- Problem
- Freelancer information lived in three disconnected places — website profiles, detailed Word CVs, and an Excel skills questionnaire. No single reliable view existed, so finding the right person for a brief meant trawling documents by hand.
- Approach
- I designed a canonical profile schema, then built a pipeline that merges all three sources into it — resolving conflicts and logging every decision. On top sits a platform with natural-language AI search, role-based access, one-click branded CVs, and a bespoke agent (on my nanoclaw framework) that answers client briefs against the live data and drafts the reply.
- Outcome
- One trusted, searchable source of truth. Staff find the right freelancer for a brief in seconds by asking in plain English — and the agent can take a query from search all the way to a ready-to-send draft.
