Hi, I'm Simon.
I'm a freelance developer based in the UK. I've been building software for over a decade, and these days I'm focused on AI-first solution design — working out where AI genuinely helps, and where it doesn't.
I tend to start with the problem rather than the tech — getting to grips with how you actually work before anything gets built. From there I'll design and build the right solution, get it into real use early, and keep refining it until it's genuinely useful.
Whether it's a one-off project or ongoing support, I'm a real person who'll work with you to find the best solution for your needs — efficiently, and without the jargon.

How long will it take?
I get something real into your hands early rather than disappearing for months. Smaller pieces can take a few weeks; larger builds take longer — but you'll see progress throughout, and we refine it together in real use.
