Drafted in your voice — without ever keeping your email.
The inbox agent drafts replies in your voice and flags what needs you — without ever keeping your email. Here's exactly how we handle your data, in plain terms.
- We don't store your emails.
- Your messages are read in the moment to draft a reply, then discarded. We don't keep a copy of your email content on our servers — there's no inbox archive sitting in our database. We hold only what's needed to run the service: message identifiers, draft status, and a private model of your writing style.
- No one at Simon Studios can browse your inbox.
- Your connection to Gmail or Outlook is secured with encrypted access keys that our own staff can't export or read. There's no admin panel, no support tool, and no back door that lets a person here open your mailbox. The system uses your access only to do its job — read a new email, draft a reply — and never to let a human look through your mail.
- Your email is never used to train AI.
- To draft a reply, the relevant email is sent securely to our AI provider (Anthropic, the company behind Claude). They are contractually committed never to use your content to train their AI models. Your writing is used to help you — full stop.
- Nothing is kept longer than it needs to be.
- Our AI provider deletes the email content it processes within 30 days, and we don't retain the message bodies at all. You stay in control: you can disconnect your inbox and revoke our access at any time, from your account or directly from Google/Microsoft.
- We ask for the minimum access.
- We request only the permissions the agent genuinely needs to read and draft your mail — nothing more.
