Usually what you already have: Copilot if you're on Microsoft 365, Gemini on Google Workspace, Claude or ChatGPT where they fit better — plus the features of your existing software you've never turned on. I'll tell you straight if what you have is enough, and I'm not tied to any of them.

The bits most businesses get stuck on: switching on the right features, connecting your email, calendar and documents, and getting the permissions and data settings right.

Shared spaces loaded with your own documents, price lists and know-how, so answers start from your world, not a blank chat. Then one or two real recurring jobs handed over to run on a schedule.

Simple, fixed pricing

One fixed price for a business of up to ten people (larger teams are scoped on the call), or £1,000 if it follows an AI Opportunity Audit, because the groundwork is already done. Your tool subscriptions stay yours, at the provider's own price.
