Custom builds
When nothing you have will do it: built for you, and kept running.
The tools you already pay for now handle a lot of everyday jobs, and where they can, I'll set those up for you. But some jobs run across several of your own systems, need to write back into them, involve data the off-the-shelf tools shouldn't touch, or simply need a piece of software that doesn't exist. For those, I build what's missing — software, an AI agent, or both — host it, and keep it running. Most businesses can't keep a job like that running across their systems on their own, so I do it for them.
Sometimes that's an agent, sometimes it's plain software, often it's a bit of both — the job decides, not the technology.
How it works
Audit, build, run.
- 01
Audit
We start by finding the right job for an agent to do. The AI Opportunity Audit looks at how your business actually works and pinpoints where an agent earns its keep — and where it doesn't, including where a tool you already pay for does the job without a build, in which case I'll set that up instead. The £950 is credited straight into the build.
- 02
Build
I build the agent around that one specific, recurring job — wired into your own data and tools, with sensible guardrails, and tested against real cases. Not a generic chatbot you have to remember to open: a focused tool that does a real job.
- 03
Run
I host it and keep it running — model updates, prompt tuning against what really happens, cost control, and fixing whatever breaks. You get an outcome that stays handled, on a simple monthly subscription. No servers to manage, no agent quietly rotting.
Why “run it for you”
The hard part isn't building it. It's keeping it working.
- Most people can't host it themselves
- Running an always-on AI agent means auth, billing, data handling, rate limits and token costs — the unglamorous 80%. Most businesses can't and don't want to run that. So I do.
- Untended agents rot
- Models change, prompts drift, edge cases pile up, costs creep. A handed-over agent decays. One that's actively run keeps working months and years later.
- You buy an outcome, not code
- You're not buying a repository you can't operate. You're buying a job that stays done — quietly, in the background, reliably.
- No runaway bills
- Token usage is metered and managed inside the subscription. No surprise costs, no bill shock at the end of the month.
Pricing
A one-off build, then a simple monthly run.
A custom build
Software or an agent, built around one specific job — then hosted and kept running for you.
from £2,500 build
then from £150/mo to run, scaled to complexity and use.
The £2,500 starting point covers one recurring job across your own systems, for one user or small team. Wider teams, more jobs or regulated data are scoped above that floor. If a tool you already pay for can do the job, the Setup Day is the better buy, and I'll say so.
Every business build is scoped to the job, so the exact figure comes out of the audit. The monthly run covers hosting, the AI usage itself, ongoing tuning and support — no surprise bills.

Two kinds of build
Sometimes software, sometimes an agent, often both.
- Software development
- Sometimes the right answer isn't an agent at all — it's a proper piece of software, built and maintained around the way your business actually works.
- Agentic workflows and process design
- Often the win isn't one tool but the flow around it — mapping the process, then wiring agents and automation through it so the whole thing runs more smoothly.
Not sure which you need? The full range — agents, software and workflow design — sits together on the home page. See the full picture .
